Dr Yasir Saeed
GDC – 84803
Dr. Yasir has a specialist interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Implant Surgery. He graduated from the University of Baghdad in 1992 and later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology at University College London (UCL). Yasir is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Periodontology (Advanced Gum Treatment).
As the Principal Dentist at Beaulieu Dental and Wickham Market Dental Practice, Yasir takes great pride in delivering high-quality care with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring his patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.
Outside of dentistry, Yasir enjoys dining out with his family, spending weekends in London, and travelling abroad. He is also a keen cyclist, enthusiastic jogger, and a passionate home cook.
Dr Hari Polina
GDC No. 248917
Dr Hari Polina is a highly experienced dentist with over 20 years in practice and 14 years in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery across various NHS hospitals. He currently works as a Specialty Doctor at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford.
He holds an MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, an Advanced Diploma in Healthcare Management, and certification in Oral Implant Dentistry. Known for his calm and caring approach, Dr Polina is experienced in treating nervous patients and is dedicated to ongoing professional development.
Dr George Papadakis
GDC Number 211537
George graduated from the Dental School of Athens in 2007, working as an aesthetic dentist in various dental clinics in Athens until 2011. He then accepted an invitation from Dr Roula Tsirba and started working as an associate dentist in London.
As a specialist in smile makeovers, George utilises the Invisalign System along with Teeth Whitening and Teeth Bonding. He works as an aesthetic consultant dentist in various dental practices in London and Greater London.
In his free time, George enjoys reading history books, watching films, and eating out with family and friends. George is a keen swimmer and loves to travel to different parts of the world with his family.
Dr Arjun Kanjaria
GDC – 272154
Arjun qualified from Barts and The London School of Medicine & Dentistry in 2017, and has since undertaken various post-graduate courses, including Implant training in Harley Street. He has also gained a postgraduate certificate in Primary Dental Care at the University of Kent.
Arjun has a particular interest in cosmetic and general dentistry, as well as Implants, Invisalign, and composite bonding. He always aims to make patients feel welcomed and at ease from day one and has built up a great patient following during his time in the profession.
Outside of dentistry, Arjun enjoys cycling, hiking, and socialising over good food. He enjoys being part of his local community and in his spare time provides assistance to various charitable causes.
Kim Elam

Kim began her career in dentistry in 2001, qualifying with an NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing. Over the next 25 years, she built a wealth of experience as a Dental Nurse, spending her later years at Beaulieu Dental before progressing into her current role as Practice Manager.
With more than two decades of hands-on experience in patient care and clinical support, Kim brings a deep understanding of dentistry, compassion, and strong leadership to her management role.
Outside of work, Kim loves spending time with her partner and children. She enjoys dining out and socialising with family and friends, and has a passion for music and reading.
Alysha Gupta
GDC – 278450
Alysha graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2018 with a BSc (Hons) in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Her special areas of interest are Guided Biofilm Therapy and Stain Removal with the use of the latest EMS airflow unit.
With a caring and gentle approach, Alysha is a bubbly and approachable member of the team and has been a huge hit with the patients she works with. Described as “detail-oriented, thorough, and passionate”. She enjoys educating patients about the importance of good oral health techniques so that they can keep their teeth and gums in optimum condition between appointments. She has set up a dental blog on Instagram “@smiles_by_alysha” to provide tips to the public about oral health.
In her free time, Alysha has a very busy social life and enjoys travelling to different countries. She is obsessed with house interior design and is a Grade 6 pianist, and used to teach younger students in her free time. She also loves dance and has choreographed and performed in many shows.
Rose Wallis
GDC – 5881
Previously working as a dental nurse for many years, Rose went on to become a Dental Hygienist in 2001 after qualifying from Guys Dental School. She has worked in general practices and joined Beaulieu Dental in 2018.
Rose offers a lot of oral hygiene care and support for patients, and is a kind and gentle member of the team. Using her vast knowledge of oral health, she always promotes good oral health to patients to help with gum health at home.
In her free time, Rosemary enjoys gardening in her large farm garden and seeing to the animals. She loves to bake new treats, cook new recipes, read books, and take her three dogs on long adventurous walks. Rose also likes to travel and go camping with her partner and three children, and her friends.
Beatriz Lourenco
GDC – 293714
Beatriz is an overseas dentist who has been working as a dental hygienist in the UK for over two years. She qualified in 2013 at Santa Cecilia University, Santos-Brazil, and has been granted registration with the GDC as Dental Care Professional in 2021. Beatriz is committed to providing patients with high-quality treatment and advice on oral hygiene, in a relaxed and caring environment.
In her spare time, Beatriz enjoys seeing her friends and loves reading and playing tennis.
Michaela Newman
Michaela joined Beaulieu Dental in 2017 and has since developed a strong background in practice administration. She has recently completed a practice management course and plays a key role in the day-to-day organisation of the practice, supporting clinical workflows and ensuring smooth patient coordination.
Her responsibilities include surgery administration and assisting with the administrative management of implant cases. Michaela has a particular interest in dental implants and cosmetic dentistry and enjoys being involved in the planning and coordination aspects of patient care.
Outside of work, Michaela enjoys spending time with her family and visiting new places, particularly long dog walks in forests and along beaches with her son and partner. She is a keen traveller and also enjoys fitness training, charity runs, reading, and beauty treatments.
